Shoe Porn: Jeffrey Cambell Foxy

I am dying to have a pair of these babies. They are gorgeous,the perfect statement shoe. A little pricey,so I would settle for the look alike (brandless) pair. The T-strap ankle buckle adds a touch of femininity to these platforms. They look great in all the colours they come in, I would probably get a black pair,but how gorgeous is the mint pair above?

Now I know this is not everyones cup of tea,but I love them and they look great paired with short denims,or dressed up with a fabulous tailored pair of pants?

What do you think?Would you break bank for a pair?

Sunday Afternoon Date Truffles

It's been a while since I have put up a "food" post. This is probably one of the easiest and quickest recipes to make. It doesn't take too many ingredients,but you definately have to get your hands dirty when it comes to crunch time.

I was given this beautiful tea cup so I jumped an the oppertunity to accompany my green tea session with a mini bite. I love how colourful and pretty my cup is,makes my tea time fit for a princess*

I took some pic (well my brother did) because my hands were just to messy.

Date Truffles:

125g dates
65ml margarine
30ml sugar

2 eggs
2ml vanilla essence
1 Packet of Marie Biscuits
50ml coconut

1. Cut the dates in small peices.

   Melt the margarine in a saucepan over medium heat and add the dates and mix with a wooden spoon.Beat the sugar and egg mixture together until creamy,then carefully add the date mixture.

   Add vanilla essence to the mixture

   Crush the Marie Biscuits in a see through plastic bag by rolling it with a rolling pin until crushed. Then add to the mixture and leave to cool.
   
   Then start to roll the mixture into small balls.




5. 
   
   Then roll in the coconut,one finished,place in the fridge to
   set.
   

*Optional: Add cherries to the mixture

CAT-TY Behaviour

It's been way too long since my last post. So much so that some of my followers complained(You know who you are). Need to make more time for my blog!

With that said,below is my latest outfit pics. One of my favourite prints is Leopard print,its super sexy and adds glamour to any outfit. As much as I love it,I will be honest Leopard print overload is a big fashion no no. I took these pics just before heading out to lunch with la familia.

Oh by the way I have included a pic of my current obsession,my Coral Queen lipstick by Rimmel. I just love the pop of colour it creates,makes me soo happy to see bright colours, it reminds be of beautiful summer days...
